Cost and how a project runs
A professional office is often smaller than a corporate floor (3,000 to 15,000 sq ft) but denser in cabins, which raises the share spent on partitions, doors and acoustics. On our published 2026 Delhi NCR rate card (₹1,800 to ₹4,500 per sq ft, GST extra, furniture included), most firms choose Medium or Good. Older strata buildings in central Delhi often need electrical and fire upgrades, so a site survey comes before pricing. How do you make lawyers’ cabins soundproof?
We take partitions to the slab rather than stopping at the false ceiling, use acoustic-rated glass or drywall, seal doors and treat the ceiling void. The aim is that normal speech cannot be understood in the next room.
Can you fit out a law office in a strata-owned building in Connaught Place or Nehru Place?
Yes. We survey the floor first, because older strata buildings often have limited electrical load, lift access and ceiling space, and the owners’ association may set working hours.
How much does a law firm office fit-out cost?
