How much does an office refresh cost?
Pricing depends on the amount of work required. Anti-termite treatment and carpet cleaning start from ₹7 per sq ft, before GST. After an office walk-through we give one written, fixed quote, so you know the price and scope before any work begins.
How often should a company refresh its office?
Officea recommends refreshing an office every 6 months for basic services such as anti-termite treatment and carpet cleaning, so small problems are fixed early instead of building up into a full rebuild.
How long does an office refresh take?
Duration depends on the size of the floor and the scope of work. A touch-up is much quicker than a reboot with layout changes. The schedule is written into your quote and agreed before we start.
Can the office keep running during the work?
Yes. Works are planned around your team, in phases or after hours and weekends where needed, so that the business keeps running with minimal disruption.
What is the difference between a refresh and a full office fit-out?
A refresh updates an office you already occupy, mainly finishes, flooring, lighting and selected areas, without rebuilding it. A full fit-out designs and builds the workspace from scratch or strips it back to a shell. If your needs outgrow a refresh, Officea Design & Build can plan a full fit-out for you.
Do we need landlord or building approval?
Many leased offices need the landlord or building management to approve changes such as repainting, flooring, signage or layout. Please check your lease. We can prepare a clear written scope that makes the approval easier.
Can we book only a repaint or only a carpet change?
Yes. The three packages, Touch-up, Refresh and Reboot, are starting points. We can quote a single item, such as a full-office repaint or carpet tile replacement, on its own.
What happens at the office walk-through?
