Complimentary Floor Plan Audit for Your Existing Office

Officea audits your existing office floor plan as a complimentary service until 31 December 2026. Send us the plan you have today and we review it against ten checks, then tell you what works and what to fix before you sign a lease or approve a fit-out.

Most plan mistakes look fine on paper: a seat count built on the wrong assumptions, aisles that are technically wide enough but tight in person, or a meeting-room mix that does not match how your teams work. They are cheap to fix on a drawing and expensive once built. The audit is for CEOs, CFOs and admin and facilities heads who want a second opinion before money is spent.

1. Send your planFill in the short form below and share a link to your floor plan, or WhatsApp it to us.
2. We review itOur team checks it against the ten points listed on this page.
3. You get the auditWe email you what works and what to fix, and call to confirm your requirement.

What the audit checks

These are the ten checks from Officea’s checklist before approving an office floor plan.

  1. Seat count against attendance. Is the plan built for headcount or for how many people are in on a normal day, and is any overflow a decision rather than an accident?
  2. Circulation. Are main routes and aisles comfortable in practice, and do fire escape routes meet the minimum widths your fire consultant confirms for your building?
  3. Meeting-room mix. Are the rooms sized for how meetings actually happen today, not for a generic ratio?
  4. Department adjacencies. Do teams that work together sit together, and is a quiet team beside the loudest zone by coincidence?
  5. Growth allowance. If you expect to add seats within the lease term, does the plan show where they go?
  6. Technical rooms. Are server and electrical rooms positioned with cooling, maintenance access and separation from water-carrying services?
  7. Daylight. Does natural light reach more than the perimeter, and are glazed partitions used to carry it further in?
  8. Visitor route. Is there a clean, short route from reception to the client-facing rooms, without crossing the working floor?
  9. Quiet zones. Is a focus zone actually quiet by layout, or placed next to the pantry or a phone-booth cluster?
  10. Your brief. Does the plan still contain every requirement in your original brief, or were rooms quietly dropped or resized?

Common questions about the complimentary audit

Is the floor plan audit really complimentary?

Yes. Officea audits your existing floor plan as a complimentary service, with no obligation, until 31 December 2026. New layouts and test-fits are a paid design service, quoted and agreed before work starts.

What do I need to send?

Your existing floor plan, as a PDF or a clear image, plus a few details: your city, the approximate area and how many people use the office. You can paste a link to the plan in the form, or WhatsApp the file to +91 98711 11446.

What does the audit check?

Ten things: whether the seat count reflects attendance rather than headcount, whether circulation is adequate, whether meeting rooms are sized for how they are used, department adjacencies, growth allowance, technical rooms, daylight, the visitor route, quiet zones, and whether the plan matches your brief.

Can I use the audit before I sign a lease?

Yes. It is most useful before you sign a lease or approve a fit-out, because a wrong detail is cheap to fix on a drawing and expensive to fix once it is built. For a floor you have not leased yet, Officea can prepare a paid test-fit.

Does the audit include a new layout?

No. The audit tells you how well your current plan works and what to fix. A new layout or a test-fit is a paid design service, quoted separately.

Until when is the audit complimentary?

The audit is complimentary until 31 December 2026. Requests received on or before that date are covered.

Who will contact me?

Officea emails you the audit and calls to confirm your requirement. We only ask for contact details so we can send it to you. See the privacy page for how your details are handled.
