How we work with architects and PMCs
Many of our projects come to us through architects and project management consultants, and we treat that trust with care. When we build to your design, the design stays yours: we execute your drawings and specifications faithfully, raise queries through you, and submit shop drawings and material samples for your approval before anything goes on site. We report progress in the format you prefer, and every change, cost or programme decision goes through you, never around you. Your client relationship remains yours during the project and after it. Our job is to make you look good in front of your client: on time, on budget and exactly as drawn. That is how we have built long relationships with architects and PMCs, and why many of them work with us project after project.

Progress, photos, look-ahead and open issues every week, in the template your practice or PMC already uses.
Landlord and building approvals support
We prepare and follow up the submissions landlords and building management need, so approvals do not hold up site work.
As-built drawings and handover documents
As-built drawings, warranties, test certificates and O&M manuals, handed over complete at the end of the project.

Send us the drawing set, specifications, BOQ and target dates. We review them and come back with any questions.
Priced proposal
A line-by-line priced proposal against your BOQ, with programme, assumptions and exclusions stated clearly.
Shop drawings and samples for approval
We prepare shop drawings and submit material samples. Nothing is ordered or built until you approve it.
Execution with weekly reports
One site team delivers civil, interiors, MEP and furniture, with weekly reporting to you in your format.
Snagging and handover
We close snags with you, then hand over as-built drawings and documents so you can hand over to your client.
