About Sector 62 as an office address
Sector 62 is Noida's established IT and back-office hub. Its occupiers include technology firms, shared-services centres and institutions.
Sector 125 and nearby sectors sit on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and have newer, larger buildings. The two areas compete for the same occupiers, so rents and handover terms differ.
Our lease database holds 402 buildings with full records in Sectors 57 to 67 and neighbouring sectors, about 32.92 million sq ft in all, with build years from 2004 to 2026 (median 2013); 365 of the 402 with a build year date from 2010 or later. Listed maintenance (CAM) runs from Rs 4 to Rs 30 per sq ft per month, with a median of Rs 8. The largest floor in the database is 95,000 sq ft; the median of the largest floor per building is 8,000 sq ft. Getting to Sector 62
Where it is
Sector 62 is the IT and corporate sector of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, on the Blue Line extension with its own metro station.
Metro
The Blue Line extension has Noida Sector 62 station (opened March 2019) and Noida Electronic City as its end point. Our sources named no metro station for Sector 125.
Roads
NH-24 and the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway serve the area.
Airport
A property portal gives 50 to 60 minutes by cab to Delhi airport.
Blue Line extension
The Noida City Centre to Noida Electronic City section, with Sector 34, 52, 59, 61, 62 and Electronic City stations, opened on 9 March 2019.

Space in Sectors 62, 63 and 125 is often quoted as warm shell, so the fit-out budget starts from the landlord's base condition. Ask what the warm shell includes, such as ceiling, AC distribution and electrical, before you compare quotes.
Dense seating for IT and back offices
Floors here are often planned with high seat density. We size power, HVAC and fresh air to the headcount and shifts, and keep emergency exits clear of dense desk runs.
