Preventive and reactive maintenance of MEP systems, housekeeping, and building upkeep, so small issues get fixed before they become downtime.
Vendor and AMC management
We hold the relationships with your HVAC, electrical, security, pantry and cleaning vendors, track their AMCs, and hold them to service levels, so you deal with one team, not eight.
Reception and front-of-house
A managed reception and visitor experience, consistent with the space we designed — the same attention to detail on day 500 as on day one.
Moves, adds and changes
As your team grows or reorganises, we handle desk moves, new workstations and small layout changes without needing a fresh contractor each time.
Compliance and safety
Fire safety checks, statutory compliance and safety audits are tracked and renewed on schedule, with records kept in one place.
Workplace helpdesk
A single number or inbox for anything that comes up on the floor — a light out, an AC not cooling, a broken chair — logged, assigned and closed out.

What is design and build for an office?
Design and build means one company is responsible for both designing and constructing your office. You sign one contract, follow one schedule and deal with one accountable team, instead of coordinating an interior designer, a civil contractor, MEP vendors and a furniture supplier separately.
How is design and build different from hiring a designer and a contractor separately?
With separate appointments, the design and the construction are handled by different firms, so gaps and delays can turn into disputes about who is responsible. In design and build, cost, buildability and schedule are checked while the design is being developed, and one team answers for the result from first plan to handover.
