When is BESCOM involved?
When an older building needs an electrical panel upgrade or extra sanctioned load. Older central and Koramangala buildings are more often handed over bare, so the load requirement is calculated in the design stage and coordinated with the building.

What does the fire NOC mean for the layout?
Sprinkler heads follow the new ceiling, and cabins or glass partitions must not block exit routes or detector coverage. Changes to sprinklers, smoke detection and exits stay consistent with the building's fire NOC.
