The project
The brief was straightforward on paper and tight in practice: a 3,000 sq ft floor in Gurgaon needed to go from bare space to a fully finished, move-in-ready office, with Officea handling design and construction as a single scope under one contract.
A 60-day timeline was quoted at the outset, based on a standard sequence of design finalisation, civil work, MEP installation and furniture fit-out. Because the same team owned both the design decisions and the construction schedule, there was no handoff delay between the two — civil and MEP work started as soon as drawings were locked, rather than waiting for a separate contractor to be briefed and mobilised.
