This was a larger, higher-specification project than a typical fit-out: a 10,000 sq ft designer office in Noida, with the client asking for a genuinely elevated finish level rather than a standard corporate spec, and the full MEP scope — electrical distribution, HVAC, fire detection and suppression, and plumbing — handled in-house alongside design and civil work.

At this scale, MEP is usually the schedule risk: HVAC ducting, electrical first-fix and fire systems all have to be sequenced tightly with the ceiling and civil programme, and a design change late in the process can cascade into weeks of rework.
