Quick answer: Delhi NCR has three kinds of office interior company: global workplace design-build firms (Space Matrix, Zyeta) for large multinational projects, national turnkey platforms (Flipspaces, Officebanao) that cover many cities, and NCR-focused firms (Officea, Hub and Oak, Serein Spaces, Corporate Interiors India) that run projects from local studios. Architecture practices such as groupDCA suit design-led briefs. The right choice depends on your size, cities and how much single-point responsibility you want.
Disclosure: this guide is written by Officea Design & Build, which is one of the companies listed. It is not a ranking. Details for other firms are taken from their own websites as of 30 October 2026 and linked in the table, so check them directly before you decide.

Three kinds of firm, and when each fits
Global workplace design and build firms
Firms such as Space Matrix and Zyeta work across countries and focus on large corporate, GCC and multinational workplaces, often with global design standards and sustainability ratings. They fit when your parent company has a global workplace programme or the project is very large.
National turnkey platforms
Flipspaces and Officebanao cover many cities with standardised processes and procurement. They fit companies opening offices in several cities at once that want one vendor nationally.
NCR-focused design and build or turnkey firms
Officea, Hub and Oak, Serein Spaces and Corporate Interiors India run NCR projects from local teams. Senior people are usually closer to the site, and local knowledge of buildings, landlords and approvals in Gurgaon, Noida and Delhi counts for a lot. Within this group, check whether MEP engineering is done in-house and whether furniture is included in the price.
Architecture and interior design practices
Practices such as groupDCA lead with design across many building types. They fit design-led headquarters or projects that also involve architecture, and may work alongside a separate contractor.
Gurgaon: what to look for
Grade A towers in Cyber City, Golf Course Road and Golf Course Extension Road review interior drawings against their fit-out manuals before work starts, and many have strict working hours. Ask each firm which Gurgaon buildings they have delivered in. See our Gurgaon office interior designers guide and Gurgaon cost page.
Noida: what to look for
Noida's IT parks along Sector 62, Sector 63 and the Noida Expressway are mostly modern, but power backup, landlord HVAC and approval timelines differ between buildings. Ask for a schedule that shows approvals as a line item. See our Noida office interior designers guide.
Delhi: what to look for
Delhi mixes modern stock in Aerocity and Saket with older buildings in Nehru Place, Connaught Place and Okhla, where electrical capacity, lift access and ceiling voids limit what can be built. A site survey before pricing is essential. See our Delhi office interior designers guide.
Faridabad and Ghaziabad
Fewer firms publish dedicated guidance for these cities. See our guides for Faridabad and Ghaziabad.
