Why do costs vary so much between Basic and High-end in Gurgaon?
Finish tier changes material grade, brand and detailing throughout — flooring, ceiling, furniture and joinery all move together, which is why the gap between tiers is large and consistent across every city we work in.
Does this rate include furniture?

How accurate is a per-square-foot estimate for a Gurgaon project?
It's a genuine starting point for budgeting, not a final number. Gurgaon has the highest concentration of Grade-A, warm-shell commercial towers of any city we work in, particularly across Cyber City and Golf Course Road — base ceiling, flooring and MEP are usually already in place, which changes both the sequencing and the cost profile of a fit-out here compared to an older market.
