Why do costs vary so much between Basic and High-end in Bangalore?
Finish tier changes material grade, brand and detailing throughout — flooring, ceiling, furniture and joinery all move together, which is why the gap between tiers is large and consistent across every city we work in.
Does this rate include furniture?

How accurate is a per-square-foot estimate for a Bangalore project?
