Why do costs vary so much between Basic and High-end in Delhi?
Finish tier changes material grade, brand and detailing throughout — flooring, ceiling, furniture and joinery all move together, which is why the gap between tiers is large and consistent across every city we work in.
Does this rate include furniture?
The rate card above covers civil, MEP and finishes. Furniture is typically quoted separately and commonly adds 20 to 30% to the total project cost — use the calculator below for a fuller estimate including furniture.
How accurate is a per-square-foot estimate for a Delhi project?
It's a genuine starting point for budgeting, not a final number. Delhi's commercial stock is a genuine mix — older, established buildings around Connaught Place and Nehru Place alongside newer Grade-A developments in Jasola and Mohan Cooperative. Floor plates and ceiling heights vary far more than in a newer market, so a site assessment matters more here than almost anywhere else we work.
