About Saket as an office address
The Saket District Centre is a 54-acre commercial and retail complex in South Delhi. It holds malls such as Select Citywalk and DLF Avenue, a Hilton hotel and office towers, with hospitals and the district courts close by.
Offices here suit corporate teams, consultants and healthcare-linked firms that want a South Delhi location with the Yellow Line, a mall for client lunches and parking.

The Saket District Centre is in South Delhi on Mehrauli-Badarpur Road, beside Saket metro station on the Yellow Line.
Metro
Saket station on the Yellow Line opened on 3 September 2010, with Malviya Nagar and Qutab Minar as its neighbours.
Golden Line branch (not open)
A Lajpat Nagar to Saket G Block corridor of 8.385 km with eight stations was approved in March 2024, but it is not open.
Road
Mehrauli-Badarpur Road and Press Enclave Road serve the district centre.

Delhi Fire Service requires a certificate for business buildings above 15 m or ground plus four floors, and for assembly buildings of any size, which matters for offices inside mall complexes.
