About Mohan Cooperative as an office address
The estate was developed by the Delhi Development Authority in 1967 and runs about 7.2 km along Mathura Road. It now hosts IT and IT-enabled offices, showrooms, automobile businesses and light industry. The owners' association is the Mohan Estate Welfare Association.
For occupiers it is a value address: floors are large for the rent, parking is easier than in central Delhi and the metro is on the doorstep, but the buildings are plain and each one is run by its owner.
