Officea's 2026 Delhi NCR rates are 1,800 (Basic), 2,200 (Medium), 2,600 (Good) and 4,500 (High end) rupees per sq ft, GST extra, furniture included. A 30,000 sq ft Medium fit-out is Rs 6.6 crore before GST.

About Old Delhi–Gurgaon Road as an office address
The Old Delhi–Gurgaon Road runs through Dundahera and Sectors 19 and 21 in north Gurgaon. Its office stock is large single-owner campuses, led by the Candor TechSpace SEZ in Sector 21.
