What do you need to know about fitting out an office in Infocity?
Infocity offices are owner-built IT plot buildings with a median largest floor of about 7,000 sq ft. Officea agrees the approval route, work hours and power supply with the owner and surveys the building before design.
Two larger buildings, Omega Centre and Sigma Centre, have floors of about 27,000 to 35,000 sq ft in our records.
How does the fit-out run?
With a single owner, approvals are quick, so the programme is set by the building's condition: we check air conditioning, electrical panels and the sanctioned load first.
Haryana's Fire and Emergency Services Act, 2022 asks for a fire safety certificate for business buildings with more than 500 sq m on any floor, for high-rise buildings and for buildings with two or more basements. We confirm with the building whether an interior fit-out needs fresh clearance.
What does it cost?
Officea's 2026 Delhi NCR rates are 1,800 (Basic), 2,200 (Medium), 2,600 (Good) and 4,500 (High end) rupees per sq ft, GST extra, furniture included. A 7,000 sq ft Medium fit-out is Rs 1.54 crore before GST.

Infocity is an IT plot estate in Sectors 33 and 34 of Gurgaon. Its offices are low-rise buildings on individual plots, each with a single owner.
